How do I order?
Ordering is easy. Simply click on the item you are interested in, choose color and size if applicable, and click "buy". Your item will appear in your shopping cart. You may continue to shop and at any time click on "Shopping Cart" at the top of the screen to view your contents. Once you have entered your billing and shipping address, you will be asked which type of shipping you prefer, Express or Ground. Taxes are added for purchases in the state of Wisconsin only.

What type of payments do you accept?
ItaliaNiche is proud to accept MasterCard and Visa. Checks are also accepted but orders are not shipped until cleared.

When is my credit card billed?
ItaliaNiche will charge your credit card once the items are located in stock and the billing information as well as the receiving address are verified.

How do I change the address for an order?
Please email us at jean@italianiche.com if you wish to edit or cancel your order. Changes will be made as long as ItaliaNiche has not yet started the processing and shipping phase.

What type of shipping options do you offer?
ItaliaNiche is a global reseller with the guarantees and quality services of a local reseller; we ship virtually everywhere on the planet via DHL Express and DHL Ground services for very reasonable rates. You will be able to select your favorite shipping option within the Shopping Cart page.

PLEASE NOTE: some items can only be shipped via DHL Express; please refer to each product information page for exact details. In case your purchase contains items with different shipping options, DHL Express will be the only option.

Do you have any free shipping promotions?
Yes, ItaliaNiche is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $400. The offer is valid for all our domestic US customers. Free shipping is also offered to customers in Mexico and Canada on orders over $500.

Returns

How do I return an Item?
All products offered by ItaliaNiche are protected by a 30 day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions. Please make sure to follow our return instructions.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item within 30 days from the date your order is delivered as long as the original purchase meets all of the return criteria. Re-shipping will take place when the original product is received back by ItaliaNiche.

How do I know my returned merchandise has been received?
We will notify you of the status of your return via email when received.

When can I expect credit or the replacement merchandise?
You can expect a refund or replacement within 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to ItaliaNiche. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday.

How can I have an item repaired?
If an issue occurs within the first 30 days from delivery, when possible ItaliaNiche will be glad to handle warranty repair work for you. Otherwise, any warranty repair work will be handled directly between you and the manufacturer.

Can I return a gift?
You can return an item within 30 days from delivery to the person purchasing your gift. You will receive an ItaliaNiche Gift Certificate or Product Exchange. No direct refund can be applied to returned gifts.

Are ItaliaNiche online gift certificates refundable?
No. ItaliaNiche online gift certificates are non-refundable.
