How do I order?
Ordering is easy. Simply click on the item you are interested in, choose color and size if applicable, and click "buy". Your item will appear in your shopping cart. You may continue to shop and at any time click on "Shopping Cart" at the top of the screen to view your contents. Once you have entered your billing and shipping address, you will be asked which type of shipping you prefer, USPS priority (2-3 day) or UPS 2nd Day Air. If you have special shipping needs, please contact us. Taxes are added for purchases in the state of Wisconsin only.

Can I order via phone?
Absolutely! Please contact us at toll free at 888-842-2774. Ordering, billing and shipping information can be taken over the phone.

What type of payments do you accept?
ItaliaNiche accepts MasterCard and Visa. Checks are also accepted but orders are not shipped until cleared.

When is my credit card billed?
ItaliaNiche will charge your credit card once the items are located in stock and the billing information as well as the receiving address are verified.

How do I change the address for an order?
Please email us at jean@italianiche.com if you wish to edit or cancel your order. Changes will be made as long as we have not yet started the processing and shipping phase.

What type of shipping options do you offer?
ItaliaNiche is a global retailer with the guarantees and quality services of a local retailer; we can ship virtually everywhere on the planet. In the United States we ship via USPS priority (2-3 days) or UPS 2nd Day Air for very reasonable rates. You will be able to select your shipping option within the Shopping Cart page.

Do you have any free shipping promotions?
Yes. ItaliaNiche is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $400 for our domestic U.S. customers.

Returns

How do I return an Item?
All products offered by ItaliaNiche are protected by a 30 day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item within 30 days from the date your order is delivered as long as the original purchase meets all of the return criteria. Re-shipping will take place when the original product is received back by ItaliaNiche. Venetian masks may not be returned after being worn.

How do I know my returned merchandise has been received?
We will notify you of the status of your return via email when received.

When can I expect credit or the replacement merchandise?
You can expect a refund or replacement within 7 business days after the item is delivered back to ItaliaNiche. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday.

How can I have an item repaired?
If an issue occurs within the first 30 days from delivery, when possible ItaliaNiche will be glad to handle warranty repair work for you. Otherwise, any warranty repair work will be handled directly between you and the manufacturer.

Are ItaliaNiche online gift certificates refundable?
No. ItaliaNiche online gift certificates are non-refundable.
